How to cancel your subscription and request refunds
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation
- You'll retain access until the end of the paid period
Refund Policy
Attribo offers refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with the service, contact our support team.
Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. You'll receive the refund to the original payment method.
