Workspace & Accounts
Understanding workspaces, accounts, and how to manage them
What is a Workspace?
A workspace in Attribo is your organization's container. It holds all your data, integrations, team members, and settings. Think of it as your company's account.
- Each workspace has its own billing subscription
- Team members can be invited to collaborate
- All integrations (Meta, Stripe, Shopify) are connected at the workspace level
- You can switch between workspaces if you're a member of multiple
Creating Your First Workspace
When you sign up for Attribo, your first workspace is created automatically. You can create additional workspaces from the workspace selection page.
To create a new workspace:
- Go to the workspace selection page
- Click "Create New Workspace"
- Enter a name for your workspace
- Select your preferred language (English or German)
Managing Team Members
Workspace owners and admins can invite team members to collaborate. Each member can have different roles with varying permissions.
- Owner: Full access to all features and billing
- Admin: Can manage integrations and team members
- Member: Read-only access to dashboards and reports
