Email Not Arriving
What to do if you're not receiving emails from Attribo
Check Spam Folder
First, check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes emails from new senders are filtered there.
Verify Email Address
Ensure the email address in your account settings is correct. Go to Settings → Account to verify.
Whitelist Attribo
Add Attribo's sending domain to your email whitelist to ensure emails aren't blocked by your email provider.
Contact Support
If emails still aren't arriving, contact our support team at support@attribo.app. We can verify your email settings and resend any missed emails.
