Meta Not Syncing

What to do if Meta Ads data isn't updating

Check Connection Status

Go to Dashboard → Integrations and verify that Meta Ads shows as "Connected". If it shows as disconnected, reconnect it.

Verify Permissions

Meta may have revoked permissions. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Meta Ads account to refresh permissions.

Manual Sync

You can trigger a manual sync from the Integrations page. Click "Sync Now" next to Meta Ads to force an immediate data pull.

Check Meta API Status

Sometimes Meta's API experiences downtime. Check Meta's developer status page or wait a few hours and try again.
