No Data Showing
Why you might not see data in your dashboards
Check Your Integrations
If you're not seeing data, first verify that your integrations are connected:
- Go to Dashboard → Integrations
- Check that Meta Ads, Stripe, and/or Shopify show as "Connected"
- If not connected, click "Connect" and complete the OAuth flow
Wait for Initial Sync
After connecting an integration, it can take several hours for historical data to sync. Check the sync status on the Integrations page.
Check Date Range
Make sure your date range filter includes dates when you had active campaigns. Try expanding the date range to see if data appears.
Verify Ad Account Selection
In the Ads Manager, ensure you've selected the correct ad account from the dropdown. Data is filtered by the selected account.
